So I paid basically $90.00 for a product that is garbage and a monthly subscription that I didn’t agree to and they charge you without sending you the product. It also states that they are back by a beauty guarantee within I think 30 days or so if you don’t see results they will offer a refund. Well, I didn’t even use this product after I originally received it and researching customer reviews. So I sent an email and they said they do not process refunds through email and to contact their customer support to get my return and refund number or whatever. So I called the lady was extremely rude. And said, it was a BioDermRX 14-day trial offer and after the 14 days if you have not canceled you will get charged the $56.00. I told her I was unaware of that. And she argued with me up and down after I told her I wasn’t interested.
I would be more than happy to send the product back and it was still sealed. I just wanted my money back and my account canceled. It over-drafted my account. And she was extremely rude and said ‘sorry I don’t know what to tell you’ basically yelling at me. I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor, and she told me ‘fine but she is going to tell you the same thing’ I was on hold forever so I hung up. No one ever called me back so I sent three emails and explained to them I understand their terms that I was just made aware of but exceptions should be made on a case by case.
